Refund Policy — Little Yulieth Smocks

• All sales are final.

 

Orders are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless an item arrives damaged due to a verified manufacturer defect.

Please contact within 3-5 business days of receiving items for a replacement or refund once defective item has been shipped to us in its original packaging.

Custom or personalized pieces are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances unless damaged.

• Sale and discounted items

Any item purchased using a discount code or marked on sale is considered a final sale.

We do not issue replacements, additional discounts, or refunds for manufacturing defects on sale or discounted items.

• Sizing

Please double-check your child’s sizing before submitting your order.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for size issues and cannot alter sizing after your order has been placed and paid.

• Manufacturer defects / wrong item / missing item

If your item qualifies for a return due to a verified manufacturer defect, missing item, or incorrect size sent:

  • The item must be returned in its original clear packaging with tags intact, unwashed, and unworn.
  • Once inspected and approved, a store credit will be issued to your Little Yulieth Smocks account.

• Items not eligible for return

Any washed, worn, altered, or tagless items are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit under any circumstances.
