Shipping & Returns Policy — Little Yulieth Smocks

 

• Address Changes

If your shipping address changes prior to fulfillment, it is your responsibility to contact us at littleyuliethsmocks@gmail.com to request an address update.

If a package is returned or lost due to being shipped to an old or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.

• Lost or Stolen Packages

Little Yulieth Smocks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been scanned and shipped by USPS. But incase of a lost package please email our contact support email for help littleyuliethsmocks@gmail.com. 

All orders are insured for $100 value. Once your order leaves our facility, responsibility transfers to the carrier for any refunds, but we are happy to file a claim or guide you through the claiming process. 

• Refunds and Defects

All sales are final and non-refundable.

Please inspect your items immediately upon arrival. Any manufacturer defects must be reported to littleyuliethsmocks@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your package.

If your claim is approved, you will receive a prepaid return label for defective items only.

Returned items must be shipped back within 10 days using the provided label and must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and in the clear plastic packaging with tags attached.

Failure to return the defective item within 10 days will result in loss of eligibility for exchange or store credit.

• Shipping Times

We currently ship anywhere within the United States.

Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing once payment has cleared.

Shipping and delivery times will vary based on item availability and USPS transit guidelines, but most orders arrive within 5–7 business days after being shipped.
